Again you are simply incorrect, the product was up for 2 months and just because you only used it for 2 weeks out of that too months isn't my fault.

And I am deeply sorry for the large down time, but as always I do give my customers compensation as stated in my ToS.

You sent me 1 dm a month ago. I'm sorry I didn't see this, I really am. But the point still remains you could of gone to my server, made a support ticket, dmmed a mod, dmmed a staff member.

So where do I start.

First of all his timeline is just incorrect.

Sold to him last December, product was down almost exactly 30 days after his purchase.

After that first 30 days it kind of went to shit. My server kept getting banned, so it was hard to talk to customers, I think that might be another reason why he feels like he has been scammed.

He did get into my server and he was asking for support thus I gave it to him. Throughout all of my sales I always help my customers. 

Again his story is incorrect because about 10 days after it stopped working according to him he sent me this message.

And then for the next month he dmmed me every 10-20 days asking how development was going. I would reply that I was still updating the product and that it would be out soon.

I didn't see this DM (I get hundreds everyday)
The reason for his key not working is that I did a total revamp of the product including the auth system. 
During the next month when the spoofer was up and working he could of make a ticket in my server, dmmed one of my many staff and moderators or even tried dmming me again so we could get him he keys. If he simply asked he would of received. 

On notice of this scam report I even dmmed him offering to give him his key but he refused.

you need to reverse the application to get around the auth. Depends on the authentication system and the language of the application you are trying to crack
