+rep I've been refunding for a few years already and I really have to say that I was surprised by these methods. Until recently I was always using the old methods like ftid which took too long on amazon. These new ones are not something that was already leaked and you really get what you pay for.

In the ebook everything is explained wonderfully and if there are any questions it's always possible to find answers in the group or ask Morpheux directly.

Hello everyone,

I recently got myself a steam deck and wanted to refund it but I did something stupid. I read that Steam closes your Account after the refund so I created a second Account to use specifically for the refund. The first stupid thing I did is I didn't use a VPN for creating the steam acc so it has the same ip address as my main account. The second stupid thing I did is I connected the deck with my main account and turned it on.

Maybe someone has experience with refunding steam so my question is, will steam only ban my second account where I bought it or will they also ban my main account that has the same ip address and where the deck is registered? Thank you for your help!
