I feel like this is a clickbait honestly. Contacted Donnie about a refund then he said he could do it for me. Then I just asked one question before proceeding to verify that he would do it for free, just according to what he says in this thread. Then he said it is NOT going to be a free refund because the free refund is a waitlist of 2 weeks.

If I hadn't asked beforehand and Donnie did the refund for me, then I would feel very shocked that he would ask for payment for that refund.

Apologies if I sound disrespectful here, but I feel this thread is a bait so people do the refund right away as a form of excitement for the "free" refund and he explained the term after the refund already happened; a.k.a. you end up being forced to pay for something you should be expecting free of charge. We could see that these terms aren't even mentioned on the thread; like, waitlist for the free refund and paid refund would be worked on right away. I am sure there are a hundred of other refunders who would be straightforward / truthful about this sorta thing in the beginning.

Again, just wanna clear this off my chest.
