Firstly, to all parties involved, thank you for time, co-operation, and diligence to seek justly outcome in this case.
The argument behind this report is that the product is not as described, and largely buyers remorse. It has been established that @scamreportf has experienced user errors within our application, and is having difficulty getting the issue resolved on their own. This thread is opened not because the product is fraudulent, nor because the buyer feels they were cheated, but rather remorse for their purchase, and dissatisfaction with my service.
OneDash does not guarantee customer support. Any and all support that is given is out of good will. Please understand, that I am one, and there are many of you. It is the buyers responsibility to do their due-diligence and use our resources (demo, documentation, references ect…) to utilize the application to derive the desired results. When you purchased our product, you came to the agreement that you take this responsibility.
Out of pure sensitivity to your situation, rather than obligation, I have issues a refund for the product. Any and all 3rd party resources that you purchased with this product cannot be reimbursed, as there is no guarantee or return from the buyer, and do not hold relevance to the user-errors. This is final, and cannot be negotiated. If you are open to it, you can re-purchase the application, and I will be happy to personally assist you with any and all of your injuries.
As for @jiuice00, I would also be happy to attend to your inquiry. Though @Lucas please note, we need evidence of purchase to consider their testimony relevant in this report. Thank you for your understanding.
