Your terms should not be sent to customers after they buy, they need to be clearly stated in a listing or chat before sales. You are showing 20 pictures of you telling different things to different customers, some messages say fups is dogshit and always bans, other say ''higher chance of ban'' there is no generalized message warning customers about the potential of losing access to the account or funds as if it was very common. If you cannot show me pictures of an actual message you sent to him, transcripts of the conversations from a backup bot or a listing where this is stated he will need to be replaced and guided on how to properly use the accounts, limits, recommendations (such as not adding too much balance, and only adding what will be used for each transaction to avoid getting the account hijacked) You can also recover the account you provided to him and return it to him.

1. user has no proof he was following the instructions

2. user got sent the we do not refund/replace incase fups bans/logs you out, he got it send in the same text with the instructions, so its impossible he did not get it.

3. user called us scammers and blamed us in our general chat after we freshly got termed

4. saying he did not get a email/message so we lie, basically impossible because how do we come from 400 members to 30

5. if you say something or report, atleast put it fully in there, same as the instruction text to show we do not refund/replace and warned you.

we got termed and user joined our dc server 2 days later, posted in the chat that we are scammer and kicked/banned him, messaged others and told them we kick users lol.

We lost 400 member at that time due to the terms and switched to telegram --> wont help users that dont pm or waite for a reply --> calling us scammer while his ticket was opened for 2 hours

 you can always get logged out, he hosted money on a account that has been done with a one time sms that is also mentioned.

Additional Information:Asked about risks, seller said none as no previous issues. Got account, turned off updates, didn't use VPNs or proxies. Worked fine initially. Recharged, added card to YouTube Premium and Xbox GamePass with 3D Secure. Youtube premium is a euro per month and xbox gamepass which should be around 3€ per month. I got suddenly logged out of the app from someone and tried to contact the discord i bought it from but it disappeared from my discord? I rejoined and got warned that i should not publicly say that he scammed or something and the dc got wiped. Idk about that, since discord shows no evidence or notification when you get kicked. But on wipes it warns you that you was part of a wiped dc and you would get punished aswell if this happens too often, but on this one i didnt get any kind of warning. I got banned from his dc due to this duspute but at that point i was silent and i could not use the card anywhere else since its 3D secured, you need to confirm the tan in the app to use the card. I thought okay then ill have yt premium and xbox for years since its topped up with 2381 Lira but now i got on both accounts warning that my card has not enough money on it. Someone just overtook that account and used all my money. Tried to find a solution for a long time, even contacted mods to contact him but Seller claims its my own fault because ive bought, i shouldnt have bought at first place.
