Hello,

 

Almost all buyers write correctly, only forgetting to say when he buys it was 11pm. When most people are sleeping and can't get fast respond how he wants. Most of us were in this situation, including me. But I never rush and don't leave negative feedback after 90min (not hours). I suggest him to correct feedback, then send a replacement without problems, but the buyer shows his arrogance and doesn't delve into the situation, he doesn't want to chat anymore. I sell more than 5y, and if there are problems, we discuss, giving replacements, but if you are arrogant, can't understand, or don't want to communicate, then go to another shop.
