I have a question, why are the backtests done without any leverage but the profits calculated are based on x10 leverage ? 

From my point of view the backtest should be done on the configuration that you recommend to your customers (x10 leverage) because it can definitely lead to different outcomes / results as the leverage changes the settings most notably the SL

Using leverage doesn't change anything, unless you use something insane like x100.
The SL and TP are fixed percentages, we used machine learning to find the best parameters for both the SL and the TP.

The leverage again doesn't change anything, just like using a different trading size then someone else wouldn't change anything, unless trading with insane seizes (like 100% of balance x25), which is something we highly recommend not to do, since risk management is key.

Here are some actual results from February tho, which include x10 leverage:

So far in Feb, we are up (all 3 channels combined) around 70% PNL, we had 1 loss and 10 wins.

Hey everyone.

We took a long time off forums to improve the services we offer, we took the feedback and negative comments to heart and made some big changes in our services.
We have heart for what we do and our goal is always to provide the best service available, which is why we decided to take some time off the forums, promoting our service, and marketing to focus on the core: the service it self.

Let's start off with crypto calls:
We completely rewrote our algo that handles the calls.
Previously the algo ran from an indicator instead of a strategy, which meant there was no factual backtest for the user to see, they had to take our word for it even tho we always stayed true to the results.
This has now changed, we created an actual strategy that allows us to share full backtests with the users.

We completely reworked how the algo works, this means we essentially have a new algo and thus a new product.
This new algo has been backtested for atleast a year, to ensure it's profitable in the long run.
An issue we had with our previous algo was that calls arrived late to confirm the call, this meant some calls might already have hit the target when it arrived, this is NOT the case any more!
Each call can now be followed once it's posted.

Instead of cramming everything together in one channel, we now focus on one strategy per channel, meaning we have multiple channels for specific coins, right now we have the following channels:
- 15 minute timeframe ETH/USDTPERP
- 15 minute timeframe BTC/USDTPERP
- 5 minute timeframe ETH/USDTPERP

All of these channels are utilizing machine learning to ensure the best and most profitable settings are used, so even the more risky channels that work on a 5 minute timeframe show good past results.

We created a new sheet that shows the past results + backtest to proof the actual results:

We split the sheet per channel so that it's clear what has been good and what isn't, this also allows us to improve strategies that are performing worse in a certain market.
All the settings we use, including stop loss and take profit, have been extracted from our machine learning sessions, meaning that even if R:R might seem bad, it's actually what performs best long term.

Then the indicator:
Not a lot of changes right now, we did unlock the settings to allow people to create their own alerts.
We have some updates on the horizon, but the indicator is best used on top of your own analysis strategy, meaning it should not be used as just the indicator.
You could use various tools to decide the best TP and SL, llike ATR, recent swing, support and resistance, and various other means of deciding what the best take profit and stop loss targets would be!


We get that some of you might have lost trust in our products and services, the recent market butchered our first EM CALLS algo even tho it performed really well before the FTX crypto crash.
We are always trying to be on top of the market but the huge crash resulted from the FTX fiasco made a market that was really tough, our current algo for the calls are calculated with that period included.

We also did some changes to the pricing, we only offer a monthly subscription and lifetime, for a fair price.
To everyone reading this that made a report in the past, or had some less good feedback:
We took your feedback to heart, and worked around the clock to improve the service.
We are now finally at a quality again where we fully stand behind what we sell.

It really sucks seeing all these comments, we have been providing our services for over a year now, with always trying to improve and giving our customers the most content and value for the money.

We have had over 2k customers, a lot of re-occuring customers and even a lot of customers who learned trading through our services and through the people we invited to do stuff like streams, lessons, etc.

Yes we had a bad month last month, it was chaos in the crypto market and we really tried to introduce features that would make it more chaos proof in the current market (like the filter for em crypto calls).
We have had so many good and profitable months, so many happy customers and we always tried to help our customers in any way possible, my response rate at times could be better but sadly I'm not always in a place where I can respond right away.

Every service related to crypto/sports/etc sadly has bad months between all the good months, and I completely get that this would make your experience a bad experience, and that does freaking suck, but we always tried to improve our products if something bad happened, and a lot of people can vouch for that.

I'm talking to Lucas about this report, meanwhile we are again adding some features and updates that will hopefully adress some of the main issues that are written in this thread, to all the people that had a bad experience with our service because they joined at a bad time, I am truly sorry.

If your message was intended to be an alternative to refunding him if you cant provide proper calls, then I misunderstood you and you can consider my response to be no, you can’t offer an unfiltered service that gives calls and tell your customers that paid for filtered calls to be responsible for them. I thought you were simply doing this as a gesture to your customers that wanted to keep using your service and not to force everyone to keep using it whether they wanted to or not.

It's not unfiltered, it simply means no manual interference, as you told me on discord disabling the service manually means it's disabled all together.
Now the service is running, there are 2 options, either a channel where we do manually disable the forwarder when we feel the market is bad, and the one where we don't, compensation mode stays so this doesn't change the way our compensation system works.

Our system simply works like this, any proper predictor uses a filter or they will lose long term.
I think you misunderstood what we did.

Basically we have a filter, the filter decides if trades should be made or not (and which direction), then the actual prediction module which will trigger trades.
The prediction module triggers, then the filter filters out predictions that do not meet the filter requirements (for example, the filter says it's a short market, the predictor module gives a long call, and is thus filtered away).
That's how our system works, that is now on the second channel.

What we did is disable the bot manually since the mess that is the current market can trigger false positives or negatives on our filter every so often, this will not happen on the new channel.

Well as much as I would love to agree with you, it's common sense that if you are unable to continue providing a service you offer for an external reason, and this happens frequently due to market situations that you don't control, you offer a refund for the remaining days of subscription and remove the customer from the group. It's not exploitable because it's something that you know is beyond your control, or outrageous for the customer to want a refund if the service has been paused for 13 days (more than 50% of his subscription as of now) 

 

Even if you do compensate him with returning the unused days, that would be a proper solution if he wanted that. But considering he does not, if the calls are not reinstated within 17 days from today, (obviously real calls, not bogus calls just to give out something) then he should receive the refund. 

 

 

I sent you the solution on discord, we created the second group today with no manual interference.
This still means our filter filters out bad calls and refunds days, this is how our system works, but simply means we won't manually disable the forwarder in there.

Its BS, we had a bad month which we compensated everyone for in days.
Bad months happen everywhere, and we always try to find solutions that work with the current market.

We had a couple losing calls in a row (after some very good months), we gave everyone extra days and created the filter (the one i told you about on discord).

When will the calls be reinstated? It makes no sense that you halt a part of your service, out of nowhere, and consider it the buyers problem due to the world or market circumstances. He paid for a service that includes the calls, and he should receive the calls. Getting compensated for the days without calls, does not make up for the subscription that was wasted or the time spent without doing anything. If you have no aproximate date where the calls will resume, then you need to remove the service from your ad and offer alternatives to the missing service to customers that wanted that specific service from you. If you take 2 years to reinstate the service, it makes no sense for the customer to sit around and wait for you to start it again. Set a timeframe in which you know the service will be resumed, and refund him for the subscription if that date is reached without any news.

As soon as the market is a bit more stable.
In no way will we stop this service, the OP bought through our telegram channel, and we stated there multiple times that we work this way.
If the market is unstable, compensation mode activates, our forwarder won't give calls and days are compensated.

I assume you follow the news Lucas, we are currently waiting if more instances will go bankrupt, which causes sudden movement which can not be predicted.
We are doing everything we can to keep our customers protected from exposure of bad market, we do not plan to quit this service.
I'll also add the same line to the thread right now, but this customer bought through telegram, he came from another forum (HF), but bought through our telegram channel since he bought EM Trading at the time the thread was not yet updated on HF, telegram was the first place where we updated the links so this proofs he bought through there.

The last call before our filter detected the bad market was 12 days ago, this user joined 18 days ago and got 6/7 calls which added up were profitable, if you check the sheet you can see the average amount of calls per month is around 20.
We could just call it quits after those amount of calls and not compensate days, but we want to offer a good value for your money, which is why we choose to do it this way.
In general users buy a month, and get more value for their money due to the compensation mode we offer, IMO it's not fair to now force us to delete our filter and make the experience worse for everyone, this is how we advertise it, this is what i tell people when they ask me how many calls on average, we have been very open about this and IMO OP is just in need of money, which he admitted in the first few messages he sent me, and is now trying to get it this way.

Hello everyone.
Here we go.

Lets start off by saying this:
EM Trading consists of multiple products, you get them all for one price (if i'm not mistaken OP did not pay 150 but 90):
- EM Indicator.
- EM Trading zone (discord server with alerts for the indicator and such).
- EM Crypto Calls (signal service).
 

First lets start here:

As you can see i explain him that each day in crypto calls without calls is compensated (so the days get added to your sub).
I'm sure everyone here is following the crypto world, and a lot of things are happening that cause sudden movement.
User safety is our number one priority, which is why we disabled the forwarder.
At the moment trading is simply really hard, the market is unpredictable at this current moment, everyone slightly involved in the crypto market knows this.
ALL the days that the forwarder is disabled is compensated and added on top of the subscription duration of EM Crypto calls.

So lets say you buy 31 days of EM Trading.
You can use the indicator when ever, we don't stop or pause that as it's a product that would benefit from some knowledge from the user, so this expires after the 31 days.
Crypto calls is meant for the people who don't know a lot about trading, we do pause the forwarder when the market turns to a unpredictable state, we then compensate the days, we rather have no calls then bad calls.
So even if your EM Indicator / EM Trading zone subscription already expired, you will keep your EM Crypto Call days, so it could be that you will still be using EM Crypto Calls after 40 or 50 or whatever amount of days.
You are not losing anything, you are simply not trading in a bad and unpredictable market, and thus protected to dangerous and unpredictable market conditions.

Point number 2 is that you can clearly see the user stating that he needs the money for what ever reason, as harsh as this sounds, this is not our problem.
You can always ask, but it should in no way be our responsibility that you bought something at a time where you could actually not afford it.
We are not a charity.

I responded to him in a polite and respectable manner, yet he starts to insult me multiple times.
I again explained the reasoning, why we disable the forwarder and compensate in uncertain markets, etc etc, but he continues to insult me.
He has been in EM Trading since 18 days, we have been in profit since those 18 days, and we have compensated each day the forwarder is disabled.

Here you can see i told him that he could use the indicator in the mean time, the indicator gave a lot of profitable short calls ( https://t.me/emindicator/723 ) but he "doesn't care" and just wants he's money back.
The Crypto Calls is meant for people who don't know a lot about trading, so we decide when the best time to trade is, that's the whole point of that service, if OP want's more calls (and use it with he's TA, like he said in this screenshot) he can use the indicator, which is included in he's subscription.

OP is acting like a manchild/Karen/what ever you call it, i have been nothing but polite to him explaining the reasoning but as he stated him self, he needs the money, so he will take any chance and any bullshit excuse to try to blame me.
I see 0 reasons to refund OP, we are simply protecting our users from a extremely volatile market, like everyone with a respectable service should, while still compensating each day without calls.

i told you're a kid cause every dev can get a buggy tools cause of changes but instead of waiting you kept asking for refund.

but after reading your statement about the costs i went to checkout the sms service i used to use at low rate which is activation.pw they where charging 0.022 for indian numbers for discord so full verified was costing around 0.03 , now they charge 0.05 ( you can ask the support of activation.pw about it )

im not lying and never did , i guess its just its your first experience buying a software , and the full verified is already fixed its just im fixing another things before i pushed it (i can send you full on tg so you can be sure im not lying too )

also i've being stating in my sales page that the costs start from* and never said they will cost x amount to make

so i have respected that you got the info wrong and proceed the refund , but smtg on you thought you're winning or smtg and should attack me.

 

+ even if your ledger is on your office you can go to the txid and see that the amount has being transferred into your wallet that you stated above.

The tool is not working "fine" if the most important feature is broken.
Those accounts in your checker are not verified lmao, everyone is able to open browsers through selenium with a proxy active and create a non activated account, it's not hard.
So don't say "well you got some hits your self", yeah, non verified hits, or email verified hits after an insane amount of time (60 minutes for 9 hits, woooow).
"so i have respected that you got the info wrong and proceed the refund", there is nothing to respect, you false advertised info.
Even if you state "starting from" that means the price starts from there, so show us where we can get that price, otherwise it wouldn't be starting from that price.

This is what bugs me the most, you keep putting YOUR mistakes on me, like i'm the one in the wrong here.
You sold us a broken tool, if it really breaks that many times you should include a part in your sales thread where you state if it's currently working or not, because no customer wants to buy something that doesn't work.
On top of that you, again, used false advertising.
You also only started to talk normal to me AFTER i created the scam report, all of a sudden it was a "miscommunication" while a few messages before you were calling me a kid.

You are the issue here, you and your tool, not me.

i bought about 4-6 months ago and it was exactly same situation.Ziko doesnt answered me and i just throw my 60$ nowhere.Couldnt create like single working token.Tried all steps and guidelines.
