Update on the current account

 

I made this acc 6 or 7 weeks ago, using completely new details. Not associated with me except for the debit card. I also used nordvpn when making the acc and browsing on it. I browsed here and there and placed an order for some envelopes or something which went through straight away. Tried ordering a phone last week and got knocked back by the security system. I've tried almost every variation of documents except editing the name on the card (was just blacked out before). Tried circling the info they need, tried printing them out, tried placing the card next to the statement, none of it works. I heard the other day that orders and accs done through public VPNs tend not to work because they're IP addresses that have in the past been associated with fraud which is why the system will often flag them. Perhaps someone else could weigh in on this? I thought the next step would be to try a residential proxy when making the acc and browsing on it, as well as placing several smaller orders to warm it up.

Dude, I have also been struggling with this same issue!.. I do a few small orders first, but then as soon as I place an order for a Phone I get hit with that dreaded "your order cannot be sent.." email.

I've tried all the same variations I can think of for billing statement. 

I've been trying with amazon au.. and  generally Aus bank statements do not have your card number on it.. Therefore I've tried to edit and add it.. no luck.
