My update is: I open this scam report. He told me to check the whole combo before giving negative feedback so thats what i will do.

MODS dont close this scam report. In a few hours I send proof in here

Additional Information: I have bought from him first, 100K "Netflix" combo and he told me that I will get "decent hits on netflix". After that I checked 10K and 0 hits so I told him to replace me with another 100K Netflix Combo or with a 500K Streaming one. He replaced with a 500K Streaming combo and thats the hits(I just sorted the combo for faster hits tho, I can send you the sorted combo for proof but only to mods):
