first change your location in your pc

Settings--Time&Language--Region,then change your location to USA

after that open your Vpn located in USA,then open your Hulu .

be sure ,it asks for location permission.you accept it.if not ,use another account

 you close your Vpn and play any movie or a program

I prefer to use Microsoft edge or Firefox
