Another vouch for puppyman.

Was able to partial a failed amazon order in an hour.

Did much better than the refunder that took a over week just to fuck it up. :)

AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible communication and service.

 

I gave him a 2 item $400 amazon.com order for a full refund, and days later he asks if a partial is okay. He takes over a week do whatever and he couldn’t even get a partial refund. I gave him plenty of time but has failed to deliver. I had to go to another refunder to fix my order.

 

Looking back, he probably failed my order a long time ago, and instead of straightforwardly telling me, he responds to my request for updates with vague messages. It seems like he can only do easy orders, using the most primitive of methods. Anything slightly hard and he pulls this shit on you.

The conversation speaks for itself.

 

It takes days to get a response and when he does reply, he just leaves you hanging.

He may be okay when everything goes well, but the moment something goes wrong with the refund, everything goes to shit. Unless you enjoy bad service, do yourself a favor and use someone else instead.

 

EDIT: After seeing my review, the seller messaged me with vigor and verbosity never seen in my week+ of talking to him.

 

He insists that the order was not failed, so I’ll lay the facts out right here.

 

1. I initially contact him and give my order information to him.
2. After 3 days of sparse replies, I get an investigation email.
3. I wait the length of the investigation and contact him again. No replies until 2 days later.
4. He asks me if he can partial instead and when I agree, he says “okay lemme do it”. No replies to my update requests again.
5. I give up waiting and find another refunder who said the order is fucked up. Still no response from the original seller until I posted this review.

 

He triggered an investigation, asks if he could partial instead, and doesn’t respond after that. Not very reassuring I must say.

 

The other refunder that I went to said the order is fucked up, so this entire situation becomes a “he said, she said” over whether or not it actually failed.

 

Gather what you will from my post, but the bottom line is I was not able to get a refund after waiting over a week using his services.

(He also disliked this post, which is a shame considering the effort I put into this review)  :ohgod:

Did a $300-$500 Walmart order for me really fast. :P
