Yes and no.

 

Yes: It has happened to me  and my main got banned after i gifted from an active acc. On the other hand i have gifted myself from inactive accs on my second acc and still didnt get banned. So what i think is u wont get banned unless u get reported.

 

P.S: I saw somewhere on a forum that after u gift urself from an active. Go to a normal or ranked match type kys,flame and feed, get that acc banned that way they wont be able to report u . Havent tried it myself though
