Depends what carrier you are using, what you are looking to refund, what site you are refunding from, what item it is and how much it costs and such.

 

And yes, Logitech can be easy. It always depend on the rep that you get. If you get a rep that is being very stubborn, it can be more difficult and you should call back and get a new rep. You are manipulating the rep, not the company/item itself.

 

 

But, for general SE'ing/refunding, I would recommend you read some guides/books on the topic. Start low and work yourself up. 

 

There's plenty of guides around this forum.

 

 

 

Tips:

 

- For items with low weight, you can use the "empty box" method. Some carriers weigh the packages before delivering them. Some carriers also round up the number of the weight instead of noting the exact weight-

 

- For food, you can say that you felt sick after. Especially with Amazon, since it is against their policies to accept returned food items. This goes with candy, soda, milk and whatever.

 

- If the package was left outside without a signature, you can simply say that it never arrived. 

 

- When refunding from Amazon, make sure that you do it with ease. Dont rape your account. Do one refund, wait a few weeks with some legit orders in between, then do another refund.
