Sorry Lucas. I'm not refunding him anything cause I don't have any control over the account once it's transferred.

You can take whatever actions you want to.

It's unclear to me how you go to him claiming nothing will happen because the account is your personal account and then when he has an issue that requires you to provide information you say you don't have it because it's not real information. You should have clarified this before purchase and not now, when the account is locked. What difference does it make that it's your personal account if you have no idea what information you put in. Makes no sense that you advertised it as a personal account and now that he has an issue with personal information of the account you claim it's not your problem. 
 
Please find the way to make it up to him for the remaining balance he won't be able to use. Which I believe is 130$. I dont think it's necessary to tell you how wrong your logic is regarding your liability on this matter, you are saying you are not responsible simply because he changed the accounts information, yet you are the seller and owner of the account, and if anyone can recover it, that's you.

No its not his fault, you sold him the account, the account was locked and therefore its your responsibility to unlock it back.

 

Ive told you my situation here. There is no point in repeating what ive already said. The date of birth was random and there is no way i can tell him. The account  was his own, not mine ( cause he changed almost all details after i gave it to him. I dont know whether he has/hasnt changed the date of birth ( cause he had full access to the account ).

 

Thats my final point. Id help him recover it if  they wanna know my name or email or address used(That was the real info attached)

So you sold him the account but you cant help him recover it?


1. The Account was his own, it was on his email and password and everything. He could've changed whatever details he wanted to.

2. I randomly entered the date of birth @Lucas. There is no way I remember it. As I said, it was his account, the only thing I slightly remember is that it was probably February or October. That's all what I faintly remember while randomly scrolling through the months(while entering it) . Didn't care any less as it wasn't an important detail for delivery.

3. He had the complete control over the account and he should've changed it when he received it. Again his fault I believe.

I understand your part of the deal was just handing over the account but now he needs to know the reason for the block and the only way to do that is to have the accounts details.


Can give him the name and address used if they ask that. But I can't give the date of birth since it was random.

I'm not sure of what reason made his account banned, but I'm sure of the fact that it's not because of the giftcard.

There can be thousands of reasons for account bans. If he proves that the GC is the reason for the account ban, then and only then will a refund be issued.

So once the account was blocked you didn't get an email of some sort warning you about the address? How are you so sure the ban happened because of that?


The account was in his email and password. I didn't get any notification once all details were changed. I didn't have any access to the account.

There could be a thousand reasons why your account got banned mate. As per the info I received, the only plausible explanation is that address change post which the account was banned.

Why in the world would I give u the Account with my name and address, but not give u my date of birth lmao. It is what it is. I don't know .. I filled some random date, February, 1990 I guess. I don't remember.

There was no problem in ordering and your screenshots are a testament to that. I don't have any clue what you did to your account. Maybe you did violate their TOS. Maybe you did something you shouldn't have done. There is no way other than taking your word for it, which im not. Im not in a charity business.

This is my final decision that due to the above mentioned details, I'm not refunding even a penny of the transaction.

I'll talk to you next when you have some proofs rather than adhering to the BS you're spreading here.

Also, don't spread this shit on my sales thread. You have no right to infiltrate my sales thread of a completely different product with hundreds of vouches and even vouched by @Lucas himself.




You say it’s baseless accusations, however we both can see you’re the one making baseless accusations, you say the reason for the block was me adding my address when it existed on other accounts, how is that even linked, it was added as an address I can ship to, the home address remained untouched exactly for that purpose, so there won’t be any problems, even so, if it was the address then my main account should’ve been banned aswell, and you fail to explain that.
You lean on a sentence you said that the gc are fine and that I managed to successfully order one time, ordering one time doesn’t mean the gift cards are fine, and I’m not claiming they’re not, I’m claiming there was a problem with what you delivered (which is the account) and you fail to acknowledge that.
I repeat:
dominos let’s say, you crack an account, then order and after a few days the owner reports it as hacked, you still got the pizza right? And it still got blocked.
Moreover, you didn’t even know the details on the “personal” account you made, the PERSONAL, I repeat, personal account you made. Who in the world creates an amazon account and then adds fake date of birth and number just because he was in a “hurry”, and let’s say you were, why didn’t you change that afterwards?
We both know that when I asked if the gift cards were fine I meant that there would be no problem ordering on the account and that it won’t get blocked,and exactly that happened.
So don’t play it dumb and say “I said gc is fine, one order came, your fault” take responsibility and understand you did something wrong, maybe you cracked it, maybe you carded the gift cards, maybe the gc you bought were carded without you knowing. We don’t know, but what we do know is that the account had a problem, and you failed to refund when you understood you needed to.

You mean to say, they took 7 days post delivering your order to identify any issue with the GC?

If they would've identified any issues with the GC, don't you think they'd email you about that? If it was carded, don't you think they'd call the authorities?

Can you show any proof, other than 'Please consider my words cause I'm the buyer!' to substantiate your claim? All you have till now are mere baseless accusations.

I rest my case.



I would’ve came with proof if I could but the agent needed to verify the account details, which you didn’t have.. so even knowing why it got blocked is impossible now because you don’t know the details of the account.
I didn’t accuse you of carding, I said it was a possibility, just like you cracked this account is, like dominos let’s say, you crack an account, then order and after a few days the owner reports it as hacked, you still got the pizza right? And it still got blocked.

As I've clearly stated.. the account has legit name and address. All the other details were random as it was an account made in a hurry.
Please submit the proof that the giftcard was invalid/carded/cracked. If you can do that, I'll send a refund. As I said in the chat, once the giftcard(in this case account) leaves my hand, I have no control over it. Also the fact that the purchase was made several weeks ago clearly states that the cards are legit and that's not the reason for the ban. If the cards were, your order won't go through, or atleast won't get delivered!

It doesn't need high IQ to understand this.

Of you're accusing me of stolen cards, you better come with a proof.

And again I say, how is adding an address that exists in another account means account = blocked?? This happens all the time, moreover, you said the account was your personal account, who creates a PERSONAL account with fake details? As I’ve already said, the address was added and I didn’t change the main one on the account.. so no reason.. on top of that my main account wasn’t banned, why is that? After all if the multi account was the issue they would’ve banned both the account wouldn’t they? I need to order somehow don’t I?
Also, order success doesn’t mean cards are legit.. I order items than owner realizes his cards have been stolen or company finds out card is carded and revoked the cards

Lemme give my clarification on how it actually went down: 

 

@Cushion buys an ASOS giftcard from me. But since ASOS cards that are once redeemed cannot be transferred, I rather change my account email and password and edit the email to his personal email with his name and details.

The account transaction is done smoothly and the @Cushion orders from ASOS, which gets "DELIVERED". 

 

So there is no FAULT IN THE GIFTCARD. 

 

Apparently, @Cushion now changes the address to an already existing address which is binded with another account ( i.e. The address he now adds is already added to his other ASOS account) which probably raised a flag and banned his ID. ( Proof: http://prntscr.com/nq9nj8 )

 

It is funny how he gives every piece of conversation but breaks the guarantee statement by me .. lol @Cushion

So, 

 

THe refund would only be processed if there were any issue with the cards, clearly he changed the address and then this happened.

we agreed to get the account and that the orders will go through, only one did, he said it was his personal account and then claims he used random details, when I said I added my addy (not as the main one just an additional one on the account without deleting the previous one) he said that was the fault when I can‘t even check the reason it got blocked because he has no details on the account.

then says he will not refund me, makes me think this is a carded gc or cracked account, I changed nothing when he gave me the account, only added the address and ordered, I only signed in from one devjce which is my phone and nothing else.
