I just received an email from OFM (.de) with information, that "due to too many empty boxes" my account was closed.
I received the product, asked for a refund and even get a confirmation (but, whats tricky, there was no email about that), but after ~8h my account was closed/banned.
Is there anything I can do about that? Thanks!
