You need medicines if you are thinking im gonna refund for 2 months that he used the rdp for, 1 month or nothing.

If he had problem with his rdp the first month then he should've asked for refund back then not now.

If i go by my TOS then the user will just get a replacement not a refund as mentioned in the TOS. CAN BE SEEN ON THREAD.

This is about same server he had for 2 months btw he had a problem the first month and now with his same server but he just doesn't understand the rules or i feel like he does it at the end of his subscription just to get a refund.

his server cost $12 and he used it for many days so (-) those days leaving it at $5 refund but as it states in my thread that i only give replacements, i'll be giving him a c3.large package which cost $8
