We are always online and fast to reply during EU daytime, if you send a message during our nighttime you might have to wait a few hours, but we are online 7/7 so you can always expect a relatively fast support.

Is it allowed to be used for cracking?

We aren't able to check what you're using the server for, and we don't care about that, as long as you don't get the public server IP address reported anywhere you will be fine.

This is a false accusations without any kind of proof. We have been operating our service since more than 5 years now with almost no negative feedback or reports about us.

We are a privacy-oriented provider, we NEVER had or have direct access to the customers servers credentials as they are always encrypted when the server is generated.

yes, the 'RemoteApp' feature is available on Windows Server 2019, which is the O.S. version we currently use for our Windows deployments.
