After seeing all the new threads today, I don't even want to wait for any evidence anymore and i request a refund. @Construction is a notorious liar and total BS for many more people.

Seller has written to me that the maximum he can do is refund $50 and rest as store credit (despite me telling him for probably the 5th time that I don't want any alternatives). 

From my calculations, which are already in his favour anyway, 1 month of a working account is a cost of $5.33 out of 64 (the account ran for exactly 18 days). 
Which would give 58.67 of the amount to be recovered. If the seller wants to come to an agreement I can agree to a $58 refund. (Another helping hand for the seller).
 

If not then I would like to know what Lucas' view on this is.

One more thing I don't understand is why someone is running a service that he can't deliver from 16 May to the present day. Despite the fact that he cannot deliver what he is selling he continues to bump up his thread as if everything is working properly

You said many things, one of them was that confirmation would be no later than Tuesday/Wednesday of the previous week.

Yesterday you also wrote that as soon as you got home you would send evidence of the SE in progress. I still don't have anything that confirms you doing it. You are just stringing noodles over ears

Seller wrote to tell me that he could give me an alternative to gpt chat and added that the return could not be done as it was against his TOS.

To my surprise, days passed and the vendor did not deliver a new account - this is still the case to this day.
 

How can you bump a service that doesn't work and blatantly mislead someone. I purchased a Chat GPT+ personal account and this is what I want to get. If you no longer have the ability to do this then just refund my money.

Additional Information: Seller just didn't give a shit after the purchase. He offers a lifetime guarantee and you can't get him to replace the account. Initially he offered me a shared account because as he wrote "he doesn't have private accounts in stock right now" - it was on 20 May. After 3 days he gave me a shared account that didn't even work. The next day (24 May) I got another shared account, which again worked for a few days and got banned. The conversation ended with the attached picture. He didn't reply again

Out of curiosity, I wrote to him asking about the nvidia service he offers in one of his topics. He then offered me a whole desktop computer from alienware, the only thing he required was to send $150 for invoice and shipping. He promised shipping confirmation on his drop on Tuesday/Wednesday last week.
Throughout the week he said support was slow and waiting for a response all the time. When I contacted him again today he surprisingly wrote that the computer had just been shipped but they hadn't given tracking for it  

After asking for proof if he has written with them at all - he just ghosts me

Any updates on this? Was going to purchase but this makes me hesitate. 

After my post here, he said he could not process the payment at the moment and offered a shared account until the private one is done. However, I am still waiting for the login details 

I bought a private account from him and after 2/3 weeks it got banned.

I asked for the replacement (as he describes in the warranty) but for 3 days he doesn't read the message even though he bumps the thread.
