Additonal information : Joined Naxo's discord group on September 8th when I started a ticket and his friend-collague-whoever MUGGLI started taking care of my order. It was all fine and dandy until their discord got banned/removed, then MUGGLI became totally unresponsive towards me. It's been 12 days now without an answer to the ticket, and despite me tagging him and DMing him on discord he doesnt respond. Either fix my order, or better yet, just give me back my money, it's all so tiresome, its been two months now and the case is most likely getting cancelled anyways. Their discord is full of people who got """""scammed"""" without answers aswell. I'm writing this report because Naxo seems to be online on nulled quite a lot, but NEVER responds on discord to anyone.
