It's a private method to avoid getting the orders canceled, I did 2x Ionics yesterday both got shipped today with no problems. Just gotta figure it out

But so far we have done a lot to keep our identity hidden and a lot to make sure the warranty request looks legit. I'm so lost on how it will work. It's only Charge 2's. It worked in the past but suddenly boom it's just stopped. Maybe just a shit load of bad reps

se'd one earlier today and they didnt ask for it to be sent back, however my friend over livechat got asked to ship it back so honestly no clue

Happened a lot to me, a lot of orders got cancelled a few days later. 
 

Change your methods .
Setup another VPN.
Hide your IP and other details leaking.

Lay low for a while.
Maybe your area got flagged.

We have done so many security procedures so that they can't track or know who we are, I don't think that can be the issue :/ 

Been SE'ing FitBits for a while now, all has been pretty well, but suddenly all orders are getting canceled and every Fitbit is requested the item to be sent back? 
Whats going on? They had a staff meeting?

Have they canceled your order??

Log in by entering the tracking number on the UPS website. DPD allows you to relocate, drops off, different days etc so UPS should too I guess

You need a good rep, or boxing them
