It was not an intent, He offered me to buy it AND set a price for it. I agreed and sent him it, he said he didnt have enough money to buy the tool then which ISNT my problem at allllll

What you explained is irrelevant, he said he wanted a refund because he didnt want to have the method and not the tool, he asked you repeatedly for a refund as the tool deal was cancelled and you said ''ok I will send you the method then'' and he repeatedly told you not to, and to refund him. You recklessly sent him the method without his approval and you want him to accept it now which makes no sense at all. You dont get to decide what happens with the deal once you've been paid for something specific. The deal was for the tool and he never accepted to switch it to the method instead.

Hi, just came online and now ready to battle this stupid ass Scam report

i was reselling this tool for someone and i also brought him customers which he was fine with but he didnt allow me to resell which he told me after this deal.

This guy wanted to buy it and then he changed it around after some issues saying he wanted to buy a dell SE method from me for ownership transfer for 200 euro. so i said okay thats fine and i told him the method and kept the 200 eur he sent me prior to that because i already told him the method so its basically useless to refund him.

tl;dr He paid for the TOOL, then he changed it to the METHOD which I delivered and now he wants a refund after i've explained the entire method, not happening bud.

what can I say, for SE'ers this guy is definetely the best photoshopper out there! he does it so fast and cheap but it comes at a price. which is worth it! i will choose this guy over anyone else any day any time!
