Not gonna lie, a "bank account" or "VCC" is not really going to stop a rebill, typically its the address and name used, collections also can only really be enforced to a Tennant at an address, also chance of them sending any company out to collect for things under 2k is extremely unlikely as it costs them also & in some cases might even need a civil court case?

 

 

+ much worse having an address blacklisted than them unable to charge a payment method linked.

 

use drop addresses or reships
