This refunder is absolutely not recommended.

First of all, his response time is sometimes several days.
You feel left alone.

The second.
Although on his Telegram channel it says what fees are charged with the limits and the available countries.

And everything was discussed in advance.
Suddenly, after days of waiting, he wants 70€ in advance because he apparently can't or doesn't want to cover a fee.
Boxing or scan, I have no idea.

I have never experienced anything so unprofessional.
I recommend everyone to use a different refunder
