So can this be closed? There is only one part of my method that isn't working and I can remove it or update it. I am still going to try and find a provider but I don't know what else to do from here. To me this seems like a waste of time for everyone. I will do my best to help OP find a provider. But if this must remain open that works as well

What do you mean he doesnt need to test it? In order to make sure it works he needs to test it. And if you want to keep selling it here, thats necessary. If you are giving him a list of vcc provkders and its not updated / none of them work then that part of the product shouldnt be provided at all.

I'll admit some do not work since I wrote this some time ago however some still remain to work. OP can pm me for a list of Discord contacts that he can ask if they can help. I have narrowed it down to a few but not sure if they will work.

You are also not limited to a VCC, you can try PayPal but you need to make sure the currency matches the currency on paypal. e.g. If adobe says the total is $4.99 your paypal can't be in euros. I have not tested this but I will once I get the chance

Please help him find a provider, if not he won't be able to test your method at all..

He does not need to test it, I have given a vouch and the vouch says it works. However he can use the method by simply googling and searching on forums for "VCC Providers" I will get some contacts and pm me for them.

There is no site that will allow him to make a VCC. He must find a provider on forums.
