Since we do not use forums much, we hadn't run across this report, until now that he contacted our 'horrible chat system' which ironically is the same way every business offers their customer support. Maybe this guys wants to discuss about his order issues at his local coffee shop instead of creating a chat/ticket so next time ill personally fly to him to solve any issues.

Anyway I deny the refund without doing some more research on this issue. We haven't heard any other complaints from our customers and we know the method has been working flawlessly lately.

Furthermore your 4 newer orders were dropped 4-5 hours after you ordered (if you want it faster than that sorry can't help), the order status was just not updated on our site but on tracking you can see when it has got the first scan.

You should have checked our TOS before ordering and its clearly stated there that we do not refund on failed refunds/SEs and deposits are not withdrawable. Still we will offer to help you and find the best resolution that fits both pairs.

I'd like you to provide the necessary proof for what you have stated above about the 3 'failed' orders. I don't think we can talk about the 4 new ones since there is nothing wrong with those, at the moment of me writing this message.
