Don't use him as a refunder. I had a very simple $200 adidas order to refund. Its been over a month and the guy just stopped answering. Would not recommend, terrible customer service.

I would NOT recommend using this service.

They are not scammers, they completed my amazon refund within 2'ish weeks. But for any other order, they are terrible at responding and giving updates. I have a pending patagonia order for 2 months.. 2 fucking months and the guy gives no update.
