I never had such problems by returning an order to this store.The problem is that the store can not find the item and that’s definitely not my fault. I will try to fix it but I don’t know how long does it take.

I cant give a timeframe. The Shop cant find the returned item and they are Check it in the Warehouse. I called them every day and will still calling but i can not say when it will be solved

I have already called Conrad several times after receiving no reply on emails. I was told they will take care of the problem. I told astujis1 what he had to do and so far there have never been any problems. That Conrad in this thing is so crazy is not my fault and the only thing I can do here is continue to ensure that the return will be processed.
