maybe try use the tools->http debugger section and run a config

check the error details, guessing you've whitelist your ip with storm

open the config ini files and see what is the fail and ban key

or use debug form and execute with good/bad password

usually failed key is wrong/incorrect password etc, ban key is many things proxy/server error, retry limit exceeded, ip banned etc
