Additional Information: (Anything you might find useful) : I bought him Xbox game pass ultimate + Netflix UHD. He first made me the GamePass, which still works today, so on that point it's not too much of a rip-off. But the Netflix was never done, because I still had a month's activation that I had paid for, so he told me to wait until the end of my subscription so he could upgrade my account. (As of today, I still don't have Netflix, because supposedly it was patched, but I paid anyway even though he never actually upgraded my account.)

The problem is that he hardly ever replies, so it's starting to get on my nerves a bit, I expect a refund if he's no longer able to upgrade my account.
