• The application will search for the Cold Turkey database file in the default path C:\ProgramData\Cold Turkey\data-app.db. If the file exists, it will proceed to patch the database. If not, it will prompt you to select the database file using a file dialog.

• Close Cold Turkey Blocker and every process related to it (you can use ProcessHacker).
• Copy the .db file, and paste it in "C:\ProgramData\Cold Turkey".
• Enjoy.

It is a .db file, does not need VT.
