what no, at first he gave me 1 address. I tried it 2 times both instant cancelled.  Wasted time+money on a blacklisted address.

That's outrageous, there's literally no way to know if the order was cancelled due to a mistake, address being blacklisted or simply randomness, you can't blame your failure on his address if that's what you are trying to do.

Either refund him or fulfil the order, there's no possible way you get to keep the money and delete the ticket

What lol, on a scam report before you said if i did it twice and both got cancelled and not received or anything it was blacklisted wich it is. If you receive an email with 'cancelled' 2 times you know its blacklisted.

The guy even said he didnt know if there were devices delivered on that address before. What probably the case was since it was he's friends address or something lol

Like if you get an email witch cancelled, and after that an email with they asking for your name/address its my fault.

But if you receive an email with just cancelled you know the address is blacklisted.

How can anyone cancel the form after he fills it and changes the email (Which he does since that is the method, right) ? If someone were to cancel the order he would need the password to login into the account first. 

 

Edit: We are now talking about email provider. I would gladly talk public access if he were to contact me about that matter before filling the orders and the form. But no, he fills the form and fails them and goes on ranting about how he failed because the email provider is public. And that simply is not the case.

That is not true, the form wil get cancelled whem you click the form link, you do not need any login or info. And it BEFORE or filled in the form (Where you purchased the device) You said it was a gift, while the other owner said it was from Amazon! I also have the chat transcript of that live chat.
