right but hes changed his mind so much and wasted alot of my time on the project when i told him its been ready about 2+ weeks ago and that he shouldve adjusted payment knowing he did that and i wouldve continued working on capture for him while he could use the valid checker with current capture it has like he said he wanted

yes i told him to work on epic valids as he took too much time and i was getting frustrated . capture was part of the deal and other devs are able to do that even i didnt mentioned anything related to fortnite.

 

and for the other project he talking about , it was for Netflix . one of my friend needed one task to be done for this website , so i recommended him , main point for the task was to complete that within few days but he again took weeks 
my friend paid him 150$ for that and paid this much only because he needed that on priority but he didnt complete that on time
at that time also i didn cut any late fee or didnt even complained for the completion being late
my friend demanded refund from me as it was not point of the task being delivery after week.

 

moreoever he didnt mention , other dev friend of mine helped him also while developing PSN , it was related to using user:pass auth proxies for selenium browser , he was unable to do that efficiently and again took so much time , so i told my friend to help him
this help from my friend should result in some compensation on the price of development but i never asked for any compensation and still he threw different tantrums , took so much time to deliver the final result and final result was not what i asked for in term of performance + have to deal with this 10 yo ego and threats of him doing business somewhere else and sell source to someone else 

took time on netflix because the config you had needed to be updated from your friend and needed testing also its not even using his extension / help (which was free and public) in this project that he helped at first with in it to improve speeds and i never thought to sell to anyoone else until you backed out and said you dont want it anymore

agreed to the price only if its non selenium or if selenium must offer better speed off one powerful server
agreed to speed only if its usable , under 50 cpm is not usable at all
agreed to spend 6k per month which was meant for lots of other sites but focus was on PSN , but after seeing PSN condition and that upfront amount misunderstanding , i cancelled all other checkers and told him that i will take only PSN once done

you litterally said requests if possible(took time to work and figure out not realiable so we switched to selenium) or selenium is fine(which its not using either to improve speed and realiablilty) and i told you would get around 1x3 thread count and thread count will depend on the server running and cpm will also depend on proxies in use you agreed to captcha solver never provided me one for login so implemented 2captcha / nopecha for if one has issues until fix use the other one same for email checker it has 4 captcha solvers implemented

That doesn't mean anything, if he gave you a capture he needed and it included skins, and you got started and realized you could not do it, the job is not completed. He should be refunded for that, unless you are able to get the capture he requested. It's not like he asked for skin capture only after you completed the tool. He told you about the capture hours after paying.

yes but in second picture he told me to continue working on valid epic login and leave skin capture but make login captchaless and this was only possible with good proxies otherwise captcha need to be solved and he knew this also had me create a server side + client side application so he could share it or sell it which took more time of mine i told him id refund 105$ he didnt accept and said he wanted 200 at least and i said no because i have what he asked for

As for the fortnite checker, if the capture you sent him initially included skins, and he did not say it was impossible for him to do (and offered a refund) then he agreed to complete the tool with that capture. He will have to refund you for that tool, or complete the tool as it was requested (with the correct capture)

he told me this after payment and i said id "try" for him if it was easy enough as time goes on it was to difficult for me to figure out and he wanted me to more mainly start working on psn and another project for his friend and told me not to worry about epic for now and i made epic games with capture which captures account name, account id# (which can maybe use for fortnite capture not sure), epic account balance, linked accounts, country, name, address, email verified or not, name change check

You're being unclear now, what exactly is the issue with the program? Slow? Inefficient? Expensive to use? Many problems at once? 

If you tell him what the issues are, and can prove that these issues (such as speed, for example) were things you mentioned before ordering (you need it to be 2k CPM+ but you never said it? Then it cannot possibly be a term, and he only has to provide a working tool, regardless of the speed). 

Show evidence of your demands being requested before ordering, and show evidence of the issues with the tool. 

this was before first week payment

also hes complaining its to expensive which he knew all the costs that would be related and the price we agreed on before and i also added features that catered to his budget and he was ok with before i even implemented anything

also i did a few weeks testing on captchaless login for him free of charge  using his lists and what he wanted me to do

and on captcha login same thing before i asked for payment but it was getting kinda annoying doing all this testing for him while the software is working and not get paid for the weeks im using tool but showing him results to see if hes ok with them

plus login rate has nothing to do with checker its proxies that cause failed login on hits(which could be rechecked after some time to try again for success login capture

doesnt matter you shouldve made it clear and no i will not discount from what we agreed on you knew it was selenium before you paid first week so why didnt you ask for money back or discount before making first week payment

let me explain the full stuff

whole point of me paying this much money was speed
i agreed for selenium only if i will be able to use more threads on powerful server or setup more powerful server , i even agreed to buy expensive server for selenium which was to be bought by him using the 2.5k i paid but he straight declined that request.
when he delivered me the final result , it was 10 to 15 cpm even with very expensive proxies
he forced to use the proxies that are very expensive and going to get saturated within few days.
 

when i told him i will be using more servers for more speed , he told me that he can will allow me to add more server for more speed as hes afraid this will get patched but whole point of this project was speed ,capture and no automatic password reset

 

yes i agreed to use captcha but i had to as its been over 2 months and i was expecting something
i never gave him any time limit or data for completion
but still he threatened me for leaving project or selling source to someone else because i was late for payment for few days . 

 

i already have one psn checker that performs like this and cost 100$

yes and i told you all speed and everything before you made first week payment and obviously my checker is 10x better than your 100$ config if you still wanted to use it for the price and knew all the details as i updated you every single day also had me work on a project for your friends which took few weeks time never threaten you u said u wasnt gonna pay after 1 week so i have all right to do whatever i want after your week was up plus i also allowed 2 servers not 1 why your lying there

@R3ALOG You have to resume his subscription. He will test right away. If it's working properly after he tests, he will have 48 hours to make the weekly payment. After that, he will pay every 7 days as agreed. 

@dapterreptile19 You will need to test the tool right away and let him know about issues with it, as they happen. You can't keep a tool working for 3 days and then say ''it doesn't work, never did". You have to fulfill the deadlines of each payment properly to complete the payment in full while you use the tool.

In this picture it shows the exact capture he requested. It doesn't show what you said afterwards but at that point, if you were unable to complete the capture requested, he should have been refunded. The only logic behind not refunding him after that, is if he agreed explicitly that capture would not show skins and only purchases on epic games. 

Going by the pictures uploaded by you, he requested a specific capture, and that was the agreement.
