Dysfunctional service to begin with, I ordered a US server and paid for it when it said it was available and was made to switch to CA, I ignored it and obliged. Server didn't work from deployment and I had to get it fixed. Provider claims 100% uptime but I'd come back to my server restarted randomly or completely unable to connect. Kept asking me to reset my OS which is very inappropriate if you have files that you'd want to back up before resetting the OS, BUT YOU CANNOT CONNECT. I had about 30% uptime probably, otherwise the other 70% the server was down and restarted so my program wasn't running, etc. Offered me a discount code for another purchase as if I'd use it to purchase a faulty product instead of offering me more time on the server for the downtime directly! Would not recommend.
