So i hired a dev to make a site

now if i restart my server the site crashes and does not load

I made 3 scam reports on that guy and frankly i would rather have someone else fix this for money

I am not paying anything extra

I have a snapshot of server as a proof that it can be recovered to state you left it in,i have done 0 changes to site

earlier you said there are cloudfare issues,now suddenly you need to rebuild server

why will it cost me more,admin has said this time it is free

Files are there,i readded files,site still not working

I am not a web developer so i have no idea how to install this site

I do not have files after bugs were fixed,so intial files will be buggy

Also i have done a snapshot restore, which has not fixed the site

i did 0 cloudfare changes

You can see the code for HF on the website now. It was like this when he first gave us his system and we asked cloudflare to make changes. This guy doesn't seem to remember what he did because he is always high.

User fixed and delivered site 4 days ago

today site is not working

I had made a complete snapshot (Service provided by my hosting company,I use a reliable and expensive branded service)

Even restoring that snapshot is not working

I asked dev to take a look,which he just denied and said not his job

I can send admin login info to my hosting provider and he can see snapshot backup date and time and verify same

Same error had popped up before initially which he fixed,now we are getting same erroe again

ok it is fixed can be closed now

login details were resent

Login info is same as in ticket before
