Additional Information: Did not mention anything about there being a 8 MB limit to crypt. But the main part being they didnt mention anything about it being HWID locked. I tried logging in on another pc and it instantly banned me with no warning. At first the 8 MB limit was fine, but then I got banned and now its 2 things without any warning. There's no FAQ on the website which would've been the best place for me to figure this all out. 

Normally I contact before starting a report, but considering his telegram was last online 06/04/21, I really dont want to wait a day or 2 to get this resolved (Though just in case I contacted him on Skype and waited around 30 minutes, which is his main support platform with no response. He has his location marked as Sweden on skype and it is 10 PM in Sweden at the time of me contacting him. I also contacted him on Telegram, And his site support. The 8 MB limit is really putting me off but just a unban would be good enough for me.

Alright I read your request with 2 concerns of Hwid lock and 8 MB file limit on your payload. 

The HWID lock is quite normal in such applications, its done to prevent license sharing. However its not that much of a deal, customers have them locked often and all is required is to notify me or any other admin in the telegram group for a reset. I understand this isn't shared in the sales thread so I wouldn't expect you to know it. Anyways,  for your reset I will need your username so you can message it to me on telegram (if done already, I'll reply there haven't checked my messages yet). 

The 8 MB file limit is put mainly to prevent build failures. The more file size of your payload the longer it is to build the file, however Crypt-O is based on linear build queues at server end which in simple means 1 build at a time. For preventing people to hold this queue for longer periods of time we have a file size limit which limits the maximum per build time to not more than 3 minutes. However it can be changed if you really need it for specifically your license but I wouldn't guarantee on the time frame until when it will be done. 

Lastly, as I read you didn't find me online on telegram, that is because I usually take off on weekends so no support on by me on sats and suns.
