ChatGPT Plus got a limit of 50 messages every hour so since it's shared account,how your system will process requests? I mean if i log at a particular time & it's message limit already reached then how I am gonna use it

Since these are shared access accounts,how users gonna use ChatGPT4 cause It has a cap of 50 Messages every 3 hour? If a user log in,someone else must have used those cap already
