I hate that where I live, most adults see Doctors and Lawyers as the only 2 professions that actually are worth respecting.

 

I wanted to be a pilot but switched to Med School as my parents are caught up in these beliefs.

I was thinking the same thing. But I have some reservations. If you're into business friends are something you can't overlook. Sooner or later you're gonna need those connections.
