I just bought a key 5 activations for Office 19,

Tried it on the website but didnt redeem it only tried and it worked.

How ever when my customer is going to install and it doesn't work

with online installation what do you mean with offline activation?

Look buddy, we're in Nulled, there's no such thing as "Might require" 

 

There are two types of keys

- Online Activation (which is perfect for re-sellers)

- Phone Activation (Which is a nightmare for re-sellers)

 

I'm 100% sure you know which keys require phone and which are not, so please don't sell it as "might" we want a confirmed thing.

We don't know which keys require phone activation, we just know most/some of them require it.

Correct that when I buy "10 Activations" that there is 1 key, but it can be used 10 times?

And what is meant by "offline activation". I can go online after it is activated right?

You always get 1 Key. And yes you can activate it 10 times.

For example Office: You can always use it on setup.office.com and download it there. But in the Activation process the online activation sometimes fails and you need to use the Phone activation. This will always work.
