It's clear, at least for me, from the screenshots, that 55 euro was paid for 100% LIT, which as you claimed, would be done "next week". You decided to drop it using a different method and that's on you.

I've already sent all the screenshots to Lucas and as I can see, the decision has been made. If he needs to review them again, no problem. I know I'm right on this case. If anybody else from the staff team needs to review the screenshots, I can send them over.

Seeing as we previously discussed me buying the Insider LIT method and no where did I say I want the 50/50 LIT, it's clear that Ragnar decided to drop it anyway even though Insider LIT was not available. He didn't inform me that he planned to drop it in a different way other than the one we discussed. Furthermore, here are screenshots of him agreeing to refund me then changing his mind and calling me a "cheap fuck".

I understand that the nature of this business brings all kinds of people into it, but I've never seen a person as immature as this guy. The number of insults thrown at me in one chat clearly shows that the guy can't handle his own emotions.

Additional Information:

Short version: Paid 55 euro for a «private method», as Ragnar later explained, translates to «Insider LIT» which is 100% guaranteed to be «LIT» (as in the package would be lost in transit on its way to Amazon warehouses). The package was eventually delivered to Amazon and not lost in transit as he claimed. Amazon later claimed they received a «zapalovac» instead of the original iPhone 12 which translates in Czech to a lighter. This means him and his runner failed 1. To deliver a 100% LIT as originally discussed 2. To deliver an advanced FTID even though that wasn’t part of the deal, but I’d agree to it if it actually worked. Agreed to pay me out a refund to me when I forwarded him multiple emails of proof that Amazon received an incorrect item. He then later decided to change his mind on the refund and told me I’m a «cheap fuck» and I should go ahead post a scam report.

Long version:
- Paid 55 euro on 17th of September, Ragnar explained to me that because Poste Italia lockers were getting updated that he could only send it as an Insider LIT method next week. I clarified it with him and he said that there are two options for me - 50/50 LIT and Insider LIT which is 100% guaranteed to be lost in transit. I went with the Insider LIT and said I’d wait till next week. You can see in our conversation when I ask him about Insider LIT he says «uve already paid for it». and we agree to wait until next week.
- On 22th of September asked him about 50/50 LIT and 100% LIT. Ragnar explained 100% LIT was not possible as lockers were shut. He told me the price differences.
- On 23rd of September as my return window was pushing I asked him about if he can drop it tomorrow, to which he replied he already dropped it. I asked him if he dropped it via the 55 euro private method, which I assumed is the Insider LIT 100% as previously discussed, to which he said yes.
Eventually, the tracking was updated as delivered, which meant that it was not LIT at all. I can provide a link to the tracking link if needed, but you’ll see the tracking ID in our chat exchanges.
- On 12th of October, Amazon informed of a problem with my return claim.
Later, Amazon said they received a lighter instead of the original package.
- On 13th of October, Ragnar confirmed he’d refund me because his FTID clearly failed. Even if that was an advance FTID which should’ve been recipient changed and not delivered directly to Amazon’s warehouses, it was clear that him or his runner failed to do it the right way. He asked me to find out what «zapalovac» means from Amazon, but unfortunately, Amazon only provides automated responses in most cases. I explained him that and after some exchanges he said he changed his mind and I can go post a scam report on him.
Now, why do I want a refund? Because 1. we agreed that the 55 euro was paid for a 100% Insider LIT. I did not confirm I want a 50/50 LIT. He decided to send it with a different method other than Insider LIT which I assume is because lockers were shut. 2. Even if his private method was an advanced FTID with a 50/50 LIT chance, it failed because Amazon confirmed they received a lighter instead of the iPhones. Ragnar did confirm that he would refund me and later changed his mind. All I can say this guy is unprofessional and immature to the point that I believe there’s a teenager sitting behind the screen, you’ll see numerous insults my way from him whenever I try to resolve the issue with him.

The guy is rude and unprofessional to say the least. Failed my FTID, doesn't want to give me the refund. To get the details, you can look into my upcoming scam report.

But all in all, I wouldn't recommend him simply because the way he does business. Asks questions like "are you dumb?" and further insults when he gets angry telling me to go fuck myself. If you want to deal with a teenager, go for it. Otherwise, I'd say work with someone else.

- calling in and speaking to support.

- leaving comments when you upload the statement.

- billing same as ship address.

- sending to a locker.
