As we are starting a community of scripters xd I am going to release my autokick instant for warrior but you can edit it easily for other classes. At 0.1 of cast it executes macro "BASH", you have to change names to your language and the weapons depending on which you are using.

Macro BASH contains:

 

#showtooltip shield bash

/cancelaura bladestorm

/stopcasting

/cast shield bash

/equipslot 16 Relentless Gladiator's Handaxe

/equipslot 17 Relentless Gladiator's Shield Wall

 

So make the macro and then start you preferred lua unlocker + make addon with this script:
