Following the recent news regarding Ring and various members, we feel it is necessary to address and concerns or malformed notions. Nulled does not and will not tolerate the harassments of individuals over Ring cameras or similar. In response to these recent activities erroneously associated to our name, we have chosen to add the following rules:

• Posting leaks/accounts/video footage & pictures of "ring" "nest" and other similar services will lead into a permanent suspension of your account
• Discussions about leaks/accounts/video footage & pictures of "ring" "nest" and other similar services will lead into a permanent suspension of your account.
• Selling leaks/accounts/video footage & pictures of "ring" "nest" and other similar services will lead into a permanent suspension of your account.
• No discussing in Shoutbox regarding this

Additional statement regarding Vice news article (12.12.2019):

1) The Discord server is in no relation to Nulled to itself. Nulled does not have an official Discord server. If someone creates a Discord server name "Vice Podcast" is Vice automatically involved in this? No, it is not.

2) Every member we found involved in this has been permanently suspended.

3) We don’t endorse / support the activities performed by members outside on Nulled, e.g. of the discord server and therefore we can’t be blamed for their actions.

4) The discord server in question (named "NulledCast") is in no way related or affiliated to Nulled. While the owners of the server may be related to Nulled (e.g. a member), Nulled itself does in no way condones these behaviours and the related members have been suspended permanently.

Everyone involved in doing illegal activities regarding Ring / Nest or any other security cameras will receive a permanent ban.

This decision is final.

therefore I am the only Moderator doing most of the work currently. Since Nulled is a big community that's growing rapidly,
we will require additional help from our members. We are currently looking for a member that will be promoted to Trial Moderator,
who needs to help us maintain peace on the forum and help it grow even more. In order to be considered for this position,
you will need to make an application and we will pick ONE (1) applicant to be promoted.
 
The duties that a Trial Moderator is required to fulfill are the following:

• Find Spammers / Leechers / Multis
• Maintain peace and order in the shoutbox
• Clean the forum from malware and spam

You have to be mature and handle situations professionally.

as a follow up to my thread Everyone deserves a second chance!, in which I broadened the conditions to appeal a ban caused by scamming,

as a great deal of alleged scammers are willing to refund the money they fraudulently acquired in a desperate life situation, in order to return

to the forum they grew to love, I am now taking the next step in creating a more tolerant, honest and transparent administration.

In case you either

• had multiple accounts in the past
• currently use multiple accounts
• use one or more accounts to ban evade

you now have the chance to report these accounts to us staff members. You will not be punished for multi accounting, as long as you are

honest with us and report all accounts you know of. In addition to that, we can check for multiple accounts in case you are not sure anymore.

As always, members who were banned for infecting members are exempt from this opportunity, there are no exceptions.

Your rank, reputation and awards do not matter, every member will be treated equally and without prejudice, everyone will be given a second chance!
