I have purchased 20 codes from the seller, (I have purchased atleast 1000 codes from other sellers),

So far I sold 12 of his codes and I got customer reporting it is fraudlent codes, this never happened before for photography plane,

You have to refund him in order for any report to be removed and for any ban to be lifted.

seller bailed? You are the seller, you are responsible - get better wholesalers that don't screw you over. Even if you bought the keys from Taliban, Donald Trump or from a seller here, it is you due diligence to make sure the product is in order before you sell it. If you buy a Happymeal at MCDonalds and it's not in order, they don't tell you the farmer screwed up with the beef and you should go ask the farmer to recuperate your Happymeal, right?

About c.to, no they don't .. you can't have multi scam report, those c.to and n.to are bit crazy at the moment allowing this, that account must be restored before I do the refund, we already on one scam report here which will be resolved,

I tried to apologize for delay, although I can care less if you accept or not (I was out of town for vacation and you call every hour and everyone here knows people lost money from own and personally still trying).

Lucky for you, I am fair guy, who doesn't like to lose, and will consider this compensation as part of donation,

Now need proofs of all 3 account be revoked and exact dates, need you to remove c.to ban and stupid comments around, you should take part of the amount as well, (just to consider higher amount of refund), the amount will be based on what you sent in btc or its value of USD which ever is lower, send blockchain Tx.

Don't be stupid and agree on the warranty then eat your word in future, get pair of balls when you buy around here when you can't commit to risks you agree on.

You're advertising with x months of keys, if you are to say no warranty you shouldn't stick any timespan in advertising your keys either cause that is the misleading part. Basically you are selling 1 to 365 days keys

It is only one month and I don't what terms of condition agreed by him stands for at this point.

If you want to buy something from and I said there are no guarantees or warranty, you push for it, I am sorry it is your choice and your responsibility in that aspect.

Obviously I didn't wish for any of this to happen, and was reselling accordingly, I am old user here, I do follow rules,

I think there should be rule about TOS agreement (the exact same concept of MM service, what do you expect from the buy, the expectation was working key with no warranty which was provided as is) and rule about where he get my contact from, I didn't use my contact on n.to produce or guarantee this sale as well.

My offer for him to close this drama and am sorry for both of our losses, Is his PayPal dispute $105 and $50 BTC, so he will be responsible on the risks of the deal which he agreed on explicitly.

@Lucas, I mentioned there is issue, I said it is up to him to take it or not, wouldn't that be disclimar as well .. before he even purchased I told him people reporting issues with July batch at the time.

on side note I just reopened c.to and n.to and he mentioned at his first message that he got my contact from c.to and managed to ban me there (which am appealing now).

I mentoned there is no warranty, yet if I can get my money from own, I would refund him, he did refund 105$! (that's more than my profit in the whole reselling process).

@Lucas I buy those last key and resold him as is, In terms of store and product I clearly indicated no refunds once redeemed, I can't claim refund from the seller I bought from to offer him yet,

not sure how can I resolve this? Was planning to refund my profit from the sale but he went ahead and did paypal dispute which cover more than my profit for this sale.

PS I offered a refund only when I get from the vendor of adobe which you are aware on who and he is not responding to anyone,

I did offer replacement (from my own pocket and against terms of this sale) - photography plan and document cloud but he didnt agree.
