@Moneyrain0x there is no information on this thread whatsoever about what the scam report is about, could you please explain what the point of this report is and the reason for it? 

I bought 1000 Keys for his site upgrader.cc to upgrade Spotify Accounts to premium. He sent me a link to the links to upgrade which I would have to click one by one to get. After a few weeks, the site didn't exist anymore, he won't reply.

I want a refund for my order, it has been way too much time, he acts as if he doesn't know what I talk about when I tell him, although it is the same PM in which I bought the keys. When I looked at the date I changed my mind of waiting 24 hours to report him:

Additional Information: I tried contacting him in this regards, he just doesn't care and acts as if he can not read.
