the standard is +3/-2 i believe

and if you are VIP you get +2 /-1 more

Aqua +4 /-2 more

Nova +8 /-4 more

and i am not aware about other usergroups

Ah I see ! I totally misread the +4 /-2 likes per day thing for "rep" I think.
