I'm 100% sure the customer bought an aged account to place an order....
Now when you need to regain access and answer control questions, he can't provide information, he can't even tell me when the account was registered. There is a clause in our rules, we do not take any responsibility when dealing with hacked/aged accounts...
Also in our guidelines it is stated that.

You don't think it's suspicious that he used his aunt's account to get a refund?

Lucas can talk with her on discord or ask for any personal infos he  if needs she can even show her face he will see she is the same persona as the amazon profil picture was

Like i told you telegram i already contacted amazon and they told me the email adress is actually linked to one hotmail email and not the one you provided me and not my old one either, i doubt amazon will use hotmail emails to change "compromised" accounts like you said

About the [email protected] email adress i already contacted refunders and they told me the email adress is not legitimate, the good one is [email protected] (also tried to contact amazon about it and they told me they can't give information like that cause they dont want to be involved in case it's not legitate email and i end up getting fished or else

Yes you sent me old email adress logs and you got distinct emails some from the correct email adress [email protected] and some of the incorrect one [email protected]
that you maybe email spoofed to make it looks legit

Very sad that you or let's say one of your associate stole my account cause it will ruin your reputation and your next oders

he changed the acocunt infos twice instead of one like his TOS indicated it and he pretends first that it didnt knew what happened that he received no emails from amazon about the email changed and then miraculously after i called amazon his saying that he knew what the issue was and to which email my amazon account was changed to. He stole my account on purpose and now he's asking for my personal details to get the full access

Amount scammed: He stole my amazon account that he gave him to refund

Additional Information: (Anything you might find useful) : I made a video of the full convo in case he delete's the chat and, beeing 3 weeks that i'm waiting for an refund that should take max 7 days i asked many refunders about it and they all told me the same and suggested me to report him to get my account back. Please help
