I don't mean to give any non important insight on this matter but I have a few things I want to say

1. CP is generally known for being really slow. Even without CoronaVirus they were extremely slow and known for being shit employees when it comes to scanning in packages and ensuring packages don't get stolen, generally in my city atleast that's because they hire 14-15 years old to handle that stuff LMAO. 

2. Scanning a package in is dependent on the shipping company worker who comes in every morning to pick up packages, but sometimes, (from experience) i have had situations where the workers don't scan in packages out of laziness and just throw it all into their truck to deal with it later on, hence why it might be delayed this much. 

3.  I don't really know who or why @MrFaceless is involved in this and giving his insight but I've boxed over 300-400 labels in the span of a month or so and i've never once got a receipt or anything, usually I use the "scan in" as a means of evidence that I actually completed it.
