I tried calling, but they said they phone support don't handle it and asked me to email to which I got the response above.

I waited 24 hours, do I need to wait longer? When I contacted them, this is what they said:

"Thank you for contacting PayPal regarding a failed payment. After reviewing your PayPal account, we inform you that this payment is blocked by our security system due to increased risks. If you are using a VPN, please turn it off.

You may need to wait some time to send this payment.

Unfortunately, the system is built in such a way that it independently and automatically blocks payments and we cannot change this."

I recently got this error on my stealth paypal and its not letting me send money over like 10 dollars.

I have waited 24 hours and tried again but kept on getting this error: "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later. nulled." Anyone have any advice on how to solve this issue? Thanks.
