edit I just looked at eBay and OP's BIN is close to the average there. Factoring in the fact that you're getting a dual-core 7th gen i5, 8GB of DDR3 memory in 2019, and an incredibly difficult to replace SSD , I think it's reasonable to question the BIN in this offer.
