I made a similar thread for this but I kinda did not get the answer I wanted. A moderator commented on the thread and said 'you need a certain amount to comment' but did not get a specific number. If anyone knows the number please tell me, thanks.

I looked everywhere online and could not find what I'm looking for free. I am trying to find a site that allows you to set the receiving number to anything you want then you put the number you want to text, then after you do that you put the message and send it.
